Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of Parry, a chargeback dispute management platform operated at useparry.com and app.useparry.com. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
1. Service Description
Parry provides tools to help e-commerce merchants manage and respond to chargebacks. This includes importing order data, generating AI-powered dispute evidence PDFs, tracking dispute status, and integrating with third-party platforms like Stripe and Shopify. Parry does not guarantee the outcome of any dispute. Win rates depend on the quality of evidence and the policies of the issuing bank.
2. Account and Billing
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal, and access continues until the end of your billing period. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. Unused dispute packages do not roll over between billing periods.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Parry only for lawful purposes. You may not use the service to file fraudulent disputes, submit falsified evidence, or misrepresent transaction data. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Limitation of Liability
Parry is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that disputes will be resolved in your favor. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and software associated with Parry are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you upload. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service. Generated evidence PDFs are yours to use as needed for dispute resolution.
6. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice within the application.
