Parry ("we", "our", or "us") operates the website useparry.com and the web application at app.useparry.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service.

1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, and payment information when you create an account. When you connect your Stripe or Shopify account, we access dispute and order data necessary to generate evidence packages. We also collect usage data such as pages visited, features used, and interaction patterns to improve our service.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and maintain the Parry service, generate dispute evidence PDFs, process payments through Stripe, send transactional emails related to your account and disputes, detect fraud patterns across your dispute history, and improve and personalize your experience. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Data Sharing and Third Parties
We share your information only with services necessary to operate Parry: Stripe for payment processing, Supabase for data storage, Anthropic (Claude AI) for evidence generation, and Resend for transactional emails. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, secure authentication via Supabase Auth, and row-level security on our database. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but take all reasonable steps to protect your information.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information at any time through your account settings. You may also request a copy of your data or ask us to stop processing it by contacting support@useparry.com. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
